Frequently Asked Questions...

 

What kind of printing do we use ?
We use direct to garment printing. Direct-to-garment, or DTG, is a printing method that sprays ink onto the garment. The ink then soaks into the fibers of the garment. It’s like printing on paper, but on clothing.



What brand of T-shirts are used?
For T-shirts we use Bella Canvas & Comfort Colors. Sweatshirts are either Gildan or Comfort Colors. Long Sleeve Tees are either Gildan, Comfort Colors, or American Apparel. Each product listing will disclose which brand the item is. However, due to nation wide supply chains, some suppliers run out of stock. While we do our best to keep your order with the current listed brand, you may receive one of our replacement brands that we've found to be of comparable quality, color and sizing.

If I order now, when will my item ship?
All of our orders are custom made to order even if you have an item with no personalization. Processing time is 5-10 business days from submitting/creating order, sent to production, and then packed. This does not include shipping time.


Can I get expedited or rush shipping?
We currently do not offer expedited shipping or processing. We do our best to get your order created, sent to production, and out the door as quick as possible.


Can I cancel my order ?
You will NOT be able to cancel an order once an order has been submitted. You must reach out to us immediately and no later than 2 hours after purchase for cancellation. We do our best to get items into production as soon as possible and we are unable to cancel or revise any orders once sent to production. Any items in production will be shipped and order can not be refunded or canceled.


Can I return my order for another size?
All sales are final. We do not accept any order returns or replacement sizing. Please check sizing and color charts per t-shirt brand to ensure you can find the color and sizing you prefer.


Can I change my order once it’s placed?
Once an item is placed, our system does not allow for changes, as we submit orders straight to production as soon as we can. Please be sure to triple check all spelling, addresses, sizing and personal information pertaining to your order. We are not responsible for these errors.


What happens if my order is lost in the mail or says 'delivered' but I did not receive it?
Bentley blue is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once an item leaves our production warehouse, we have the same tracking information available that you will receive. We suggest to wait 24 hours after you receive a delivered notification to reach out because sometimes the postal service scans packages early before they send out for day of delivery. We always suggest to check with the neighbors or local post offices as well. However please reach out to us if you run into a lost or stolen package and we will do our best to have your order remade for the lowest price possible.


How does the adult sweatshirt sizing run?
Our typical crewneck runs true to size. If you would like an oversized fit, we recommend sizing up. Our comfort colors or heavier fabric sweatshirt tend to run large. All Sweatshirts & Hoodies are unisex

How does the adult t-shirt sizing run?
Our Bella Canvas or Gildan T-shirt run true size. Comfort Colors T-shirts have an oversized fit so we recommend checking thee size chart prior to making your purchase. All shirts are unisex.

How does the children apparel sizing run?
All children clothes are unisex and true to size. Cotton items may shrink so consider sizing up if your little is in between sizing.
